Dancer's test results are OFA hips Good, elbows and knees are normal. His CERF exam was 12/18/06 and he passed that as well. His Optigen PRcd test revealed that he is a carrier only (not affected). He can be bred to PRA 'clear' females without risk of producing puppies affected with PRA. He has had a full thyroid panel (Hemopet--Dr. W. Jean Dodds) and is normal.

Past Dogs

 

Dancer (UKC Gr. Ch. Orso-Farm Naappero, CGC) is a PRA carrier (via Optigen test). Other clearances on the way. Dancer is thyroid normal (full panel through Dr. W. Jean Dodds and Hemopet) and has OFA Good hips, knees and elbows, and eyes are CERF'D.

Dancer is co-owned by Lynn Drumm, Cathy Pollack and Linda Marden and is not at public stud. He may be available (by private agreement on a case by case basis) at stud to Champion* females with all of their clearances (OFA hips, knees and elbows). Prospective mates should also be clear of the PRcd gene (via optigen), and with a recent brucellosis test. Dancer will also have a current/recent brucellosis test prior to any breedings. He has already been tested for brucellosis (negative).

* We prefer to breed to finished champions however we might make an exception if the female is of exceptional conformation quality and pedigree.
