June 20, 2009 'LEIF' UKC Gr. Ch. Yutori's Shades of Autumn, HIC won TWO UKC Best In Shows

May 2009, Niisku earned 2 legs toward her Gr. Championship (UKC Ch. Peikkovuoren Niiskuneiti).

May 2009, Finn earned his Grand Championship in Dunlap, IL to become UKC Gr. Ch. Yutori's Howlin' at Autumn Moon.

February 2009, Leif earned his Grand Championship in Ixonia, WI to become UKC Gr. Ch. Yutori's Shades of Autumn.

December 2008, Sony earned her Grand Championship in Kalamazoo, MI to become UKC Gr. Ch. Sugarok Out N' About Yutori.

September 2008, Racine Wisconsin, Leif, UKC Ch. Yutori's Shades of Autumn completed his UKC championship.

August 2008, at Ixonia Wisconsin, Quinn completed her UKC Grand Championship, and Chip, new UKC Champion Yutori's Apple Of My Eye completed his championship.

July 2008, Ixonia Wisconsin, new UKC Ch. Storin, Ch. Yutori's Fall Wish became a new champion.

 

June 12-15, 2008--The UKC Premier--We finished 3 puppies' Championships at Yutori:

1. New UKC Ch. Yutori's Autumn Equinox 'Quinn'(female from Teddy x Tina),

2. New UKC Ch. Yutori's Howlin' at Autumn Moon 'Finn' (male from Teddy x Tina), and

3. New UKC Ch. Peikkovuoren Niiskuneiti 'Niisku'(female Finnish import bred by Taina Meittinen and Ari Friman of Peikkovuoren Kennels--Thank you Taina and Ari for this beautiful girl)

Additionally, Dancer, UKC Gr. Ch. Orso Farm Naappero (co-owned by Lynn Drumm, Cathy Pollack and Linda Marden), won the Grand Ch. class all 3 days, (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and was BOB 2 times. He made the cut in the group on Saturday, and as of this date (6/25/08) he is currently the #1 Finnish Lapphund in the UKC Top Ten.

Other Yutori dogs with wins at the Premier included 'Storin' Yutori's Fall Wish (male from Teddy x Tina) who picked up his second competition win, and 'Shine' Yutori's Autumn Inspiration picked up her first competition win. With those wins, Storin had accumulated 60 points and Shine had 25 points (of a 100 points needed plus 3 competition wins to earn a UKC Ch.)


June 1, 2008, --Wisconsin Boston Terrier Association, Ixonia, WI--Yutori's Fall Wish 'Storin' (male, Teddy x Tina) was BOB, and Group 4, earning 35 points and a competition win toward his UKC Champion title.

May 31, 2008--Wisconsin Boston Terrier Association, Ixonia, WI--Yutori's Autumn Equinox, 'Quinn' (female, Teddy x Tina) was Reserve BIS, and Group 4 in a second show on that date.


March 2008, puppy Yutori's Howlin at Autumn Moon, 'Finnegan' (male) was Best Puppy in an all breed Show in Racine, Wisconsin. He was 3 1/2 months old. Also, 'Niisku' Peikkovuroen Niiskuneiti, our Finnish Import girl, picked up her first competition win toward her UKC Ch. title at these shows and earned a Group 3 and a Group 4.


1/1/08 The UKC 2007 final Top Ten dogs were announced and included the following dogs at Yutori: MBIS UKC Gr. Ch. Sugarok Dif'rent Drummr Yutori 'Haalia' at #5, (and the #1 one ranked female Finnish Lapphund) in the US for 2007, and #7 UKC Gr. Ch. Orso Farm Naappero 'Dancer'.


On 11/12/07 Yutori Finnish Lapphunds and Shadagrace Kennels was honored to announce the importation of Peikkovuoren Niiskuneiti: a North American 3 way co-ownership arrangement between Cathy Pollack and Lynn Drumm of Yutori Finnish Lapphunds in Wisconsin and Gloria Beaudin of Shadagrace Kennels in Canada. We are extremely grateful to Taina Miettinen and Ari Friman of Peikkovuoren Finnish Lapphunds in Finland for this wonderful opportunity to bring such outstanding bloodlines to North America, and to Linda Marden for informing us about the opportunity. June 30, 2007: MBIS UKC Grand Ch. Sugarok Dif'rent Drummr 'Haalia' wins a Multi-Breed Best In Show!!!! She is now multi-breed BIS UKC Gr. Ch. Sugarok Dif'rent Drummr AOM (2)


June 2007: We have just returned from the UKC Top Ten and UKC Premier Dog shows for 2007. In the Top Ten, Gr. Ch. Sugarok Yutori Dif'rent Drummr, 'Haalia' was awarded the only AOM (Award of Merit) given after Best of Breed was selected. Then she received a second AOM during regular judging, two days later. Those were the only days that AOM's were awarded. Dancer earned his Grand Ch. title, (Gr. Ch. Orso-Farm Naappero) and our youngest Lappy, Sony, at 6 months 20 days, earned her Champion title (Ch. Sugarok Out N About Yutori) making FLCA breed history as the youngest UKC Finnish Lapphund Champion in North America at that time. Sony started her points show career 2 weeks earlier, by earning a Best of Breed over 3 Champions and a Grand champion and going on to win a Group I in the Northern Group.


May 4, 2007-- Ch. Sugarok Mocha Latte at Yutori (just 12 months old) has won Best In Sweeps at the 2007 FLCA National Specialty in LaPorte, Indiana. Tina (Sugarok Tenacious) was the American Bred Bitch class winner.


As of November 2007, Haalia (UKC Ch. Sugarok Dif'rent Drummr) is the #1 female Finnish Lapphund in the USA for 2007 so far, per UKC top 10 rankings. She is #5 overall.


Haalia (UKC Ch. Sugarok Dif''rent Drummr) was the #1 Finnish Lapphund female in the US for 2006, per UKC rankings. She is the #3 Finnish Lapphund overall. Tina is tied for #6 and Dancer is tied for #9. So Yutori has 3 Finnish Lapphunds in the 2006 top 10 for the breed (UKC rankings).
